Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on clothing & shoes in unused perfect condition with tags attached for exchange or store credit only. Customer must ship the return item(s) back within 10 days of order delivery date.

To start a return, email us at info@haudrey.com with your order # and item you would like to return or exchange. A return tracking number must be provided to us as we are not responsible for any packages until they reach our destination.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your return has been approved with a code for your store credit or tracking # for the exchanged item. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn will not be accepted and immediately returned to customer.

All discounted items, handbags, jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE.

 

RETURN SHIPPING
Please note, the customer is financially responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Reminder that a return tracking number must be provided, as we are not responsible for any packages until they reach our destination.
